When you use the contact form, we may receive your name, email, project type, estimated budget, message and technical data required to prevent automated submissions. When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or social media, we receive the information you choose to provide through that service.

• Reply to inquiries and prepare a potential commercial proposal.
• Maintain communications related to your request.
• Protect the form and website against abuse, fraud and automation.
• Meet legal obligations and defend rights when necessary.

4. Basis for processing

We process the information you submit with your consent and to take the steps you request. You may withdraw consent for future communications at any time, without affecting prior processing.

5. Third-party services

The website uses Firebase Hosting and Google services for infrastructure, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form. These providers may process technical information under their own terms and policies. External websites, social networks, WhatsApp, Academy and Pocketfy are governed by their respective policies.

6. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies or our own commercial tracking tools on the main website. reCAPTCHA may use cookies or technical identifiers for security assessment. The website may store technical preferences required for operation.

7. Retention and security

We retain inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to reply, follow up on a commercial relationship and meet applicable obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Transfers and recipients

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with technology providers where necessary to operate the website or reply to your inquiry. Some providers may process information outside Argentina under their applicable terms and safeguards.

9. Your rights

You may request information, access, correction, updating or deletion of your data free of charge under Argentine Law 25,326. Email contact@beesoftware.pro, describe your request and verify your identity. You may also file a complaint with Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information.

10. Children

The commercial website is not specifically directed to children. If we learn that we received a child's information without sufficient authorization, we will assess its deletion.

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
